There are many useful techniques we can use with anchors. One such technique is called stacking anchors. This is where we illicit a state of being, say happy, excited, etc, and then create an anchor to it. This state then becomes available to us at any time. The next stage is to illicit another state and to anchor that with the original state. We can stack a series of states on the same anchor. This can have amazing results,especially when you need to be being above average at a particular time. Obviously don’t trigger the anchor at a wake, but during a job interview, or when feeling down can be very effective and change the whole scope of your day.
