It was during my own development that I realised that I can give this gift to others. Once you have learnt the technqiues used in NLP you have them as your own personal toolkit for life. During sessions with my clients I not only assist them with their problem solving but I give them access to the techniques so that they can deal with their problems effectively.

Why use NLP?

NLP is known for it’s fast and effective results. Unlike other transformation methods NLP can shift age old psychological patterns within just a few minutes provided the access to them is found quickly. Other patterns can usually be found within a session, with the building of positive anchors to new behaviour in the follow up session.

How does NLP work?

NLP is based on a model of human behaviour. How we use our representation systems dictates how we behave. NLP gives us access to alter any part of our existing representation systems in the past, present and future. For example, have you ever been excited by something and thought that it was the best thing in the world. You stored the memory of it as being the best thing in the world. Another person might not have the same view. We can alter the context of any memory effectively and quickly. There are many other techniques within NLP that enable us to see beyond our conventional view and break out of the constraints of the past.
